Teacup Reflections (2020)
Two video series.
This video series, 'Surrounded', explores the thresholds of our inner and outer worlds. The teacups sit within a domestic setting and contain a larger living landscape within them. Focusing on reflections of native gumtrees and bottlebrushes, the surface of the tea narrates sentiments of home and belonging with landscapes.
This work was exhibited in the Flora Exhibition by Connection Art Space in October 2020, and the Exalt Exhibition at St John's Beecroft in October 2020.
